From a simple lunch or dinner to a gastronomic experience – all of your catering requirements can be looked after for you. Using seasonal produce from our own vegetable garden combined with locally sourced ingredients you can sit back, relax and enjoy yourselves without stepping into the kitchen too often!

Offering total flexibility you can opt to self-cater or choose to have some or all of your meals prepared for you on the days that you choose. Dine by the pool, under the lime trees or in the dining room. It’s like being in your own restaurant with attentive service, crisp white table linen, fresh flowers and shimmering candlelight. And when it comes to choosing the wine, have fun selecting your own or we can supply you with alternatives from our own cellar. Some example menus are as follows with prices from €30.00 to €45.00 per head:

Starters

Cream of scallop soup with smoked bacon.
Asparagus, mascarpone and goats cheese tarts with a baby leaf salad and dijon mousseline.
Leek and brie tarte tatin with caramelised shallots.
Traditional warm limousin salad with smoked duck, chestnuts and lardons.

Mains

Roast leg of local lamb with confit shoulder and potato torte, slow roasted vegetables and thyme jus.
Peppered fillet of pork with creamed mushrooms, onion pureé and potato dauphinoise.
Roast duck breast with confit leg, parsley sauce, french beans with roasted garlic and limousin torte.
Prune stuffed chicken breast wrapped in smoked ham with slow roasted balsamic tomatoes and deviled potatoes.

Desserts

Caramelised apple tarte tatin with homemade honey ice cream.
Rich dark chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis.
French frangipane and apple tart with crème anglais.
Poached pears in red wine with homemade lavender ice cream.
